Estimates – Computerized and digital assisted estimates on our TMS and Audatex systems are used.
Fetching and delivery – For your convenience we fetch clients’ vehicles from home or place of work.Towing arrangements – If your vehicle needs to be towed from your home/accident scene to our premises.
Courtesy vehicles – We have a fleet of courtesy vehicles, however these will only be made available depending on the extent of your vehicle’s damage. We will assist with the completion of the claim forms.
We provide a shuttle service – If you need to be picked up from or taken to your home or place of work upon booking your vehicle or to collect it on completion of repairs.
Panel beating– Master journeymen man this department using specialised state of the art equipment such as Car-O-Liner and Korack pulling and measuring systems to ensure precision repairs according to factory specifications. Our highly qualified team is frequently updated by means of courses to keep up to date with the latest products and trends.
Paint – Our paint preparation area is equipped with orbital dry flatting machines and down drafting vacuum to ensure a dust free environment. This, together with our Aer-O-Cure spray booth and in keeping with work environmental awareness, we have undertaken to change over from soluble to waterborne paint. Thus in our small way contributing not only to world environment but also to the health of our employees. In doing so we have sourced the products of PPG paint, who are at present leaders in this field globally as suppliers of automotive coatings. Our computer aided paint mixing and matching system guarantees that the colour matching is right first time every time.
Parts– Our approved suppliers have been carefully selected to ensure that they deliver quality and only genuine products for the repair of your vehicle at all times.
Quality Control–Our quality controller ensures work has been executed in accordance with the high standard level expected by Steimar and carries out a post repair safety check. All work done on our premises is AA quality assured and has a 12 month guarantee on workmanship.
Post Repair Service –We offer a follow-up post repair service to all clients to ensure that even after your vehicle has been repaired and delivered you remain satisfied with the service that we have provided.
